Total Seats available for admission to Pre-School (Foundation) - 93

1. 25% (23 seats) - Economically Weaker Section & Disadvantaged Group as defined under the Right to Education Act, 2009
2. 20% (19 seats) - Management Quota
3. 55 % (51 seats) - Open general seats which are not covered under the above two categories

Children born between 1st April, 2017 and 31st March, 2018

Scheduled Time Line

Thursday, 18^th February, 2021	Commencement of Admission Process and availability of Online Forms
Thursday, 4^th March, 2021	Last date for filling and submission of online forms
Tuesday, 9^th March, 2021	Uploading details of children who applied to the school for admission under Open Seats.
Monday, 15^th March, 2021	Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each child who applied for admission under Open Seats
Wednesday, 17^th March, 2021	Draw of lots if any
Saturday, 20th March, 2021	List of selected children (First List) and waiting list will be declared.
Monday, 22^nd March to Tuesday, 23^rd March, 2021	Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/email/verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the first list
Wednesday, 24^th March, 2021	Verification of documents and collection of fees from parents or guardians of selected children in the First List
Thursday, 25^th March, 2021	Second list of candidates (If any) (including Waiting List) (Along with marks allotted under point system)
Friday, 26^th March, 2021	Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/email/verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the second list
Saturday, 27th March, 2021	Verification of documents and collection of fees from parents or guardians of selected children in the Second List. And display of subsequent list if any
Wednesday, 31^st March, 2021	Closure of Admission process

There will be no addition or alterations to the information provided once the application form has been submitted.

1. Child's Birth Certificate to verify date of birth
2. For proof of residence, any one of the following documents is required: Ration Card, Voter I-D card, Aadhar Card/ Unique Identity Card, MTNL Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, DJB Water Bill, Passport
3. Alumni : Passing Certificate of Class X or Class XII Board Examination from Vasant Valley School
4. Staff child : For confirmed teaching staff of Vasant Valley School
5. For points 5, 6,7,8 & 9 : Appropriate documents
