University Fair at Vasant Valley School
29th August, 2017

The IC3 fair and symposium was held on the 29th of August in Vasant Valley School. There were around 60 visiting colleges from 9 different countries. The fair gave students, parents and visitors alike the perfect opportunity to learn more about higher education opportunities all over the world. The session was extremely informative and interactive. Colleges shared valuable information about the admission process, the variety of majors and minors offered as well the kind of environment and campus one would be studying in.

The diversity in the visiting universities covered every single field of interest from culinary arts to astrophysics. The symposium also had unique break out sessions to give all the participants more information on the right College, majors, the perfect application, rankings etc. The fair was the perfect place for the students of class 10 to be introduced to colleges and think about future plans, the students of class 11 to be proactive and reach out to different colleges and the students of class 12 to really understand and make the right decision for themselves.

The fair and symposium was a truly enlightening experience for all the participants, and we are very thankful towards IC3 for bringing forth the event and inviting Vasant Valley to host. - Ashna Sethi -12
