Mrudang Mathur, Amnay Sheel Khosla, Shreyas Kadaba and Abhiveer Arjun, (Class of 2014), have been granted an Indian Patent for their innovation 'Double Door Waste Bin.' They made a prototype of this innovation in 2008 for 'Ignite', a competition organised by the National Innovation Foundation. Arnav Sethi, Rithwick Sethi and Sachin Yuvraj Dinesh Babu of class 12 represented Vasant Valley School at the Thailand International Science Fair (TISF-2019) from 8th to 11th January 2019 at Mahidol Wittayanusorn School (MWIT), Thailand. Their project "Apathy towards Fluoride Toxicity- Recipe for Disaster" brought to light the ill effects of fluoride toxicity by drinking water and targeted at designing a cost effective filter made from organic material to remove excess fluoride from water.
