An English Elocution was held for classes VI-IX. Akshay Thiagarajan was awarded the first prize, followed by Vidur Kaushish
Ankit Bahri and Partha S Mudgil visited Springdales School to participate in a declamation competition on the 14th of April..
In the result of the GK Quiz, Arjun Dev topped in the Junior level with 81%, Alisha Beri topped in the Sub-Junior level with 76% and Shruti Sharma the Senior level with 74%.

SPORTS IN SCHOOL

Hockey:

Inter-House Hockey tournament 
In the Junior girls finals,Yellow House faced Green House and beat them 1-0.
In the Jr. Boys finals, Yellow House were victorious against Red House after a nailbiting match which was decided by penalty shoot-outs.

Soccer: 
In the Nivea Cup, our school team played Modern school in a league match and drew the game 2-2.
Our team also plaed against the Union Academy and won the match 2-0. 

Basketball: 
Our basketball teams visited Woodstock School in Mussourie from the 19th to the 21st of April. The girls team lost their 2 matches against Woodstock and American Embassy school. The boys team also lost all its three matches.
The boys team also visited Welham’s Boys School where they finally met success and reached the quarter finals.
