Birth

Steven Paul Jobs was born on February 24, 1955 in San Francisco, California. His unwed biological parents, Joanne Schieble and Abdulfattah Jandali, put him up for adoption. Steve was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs, a lower-middle-class couple.

Life

He went on to found Apple, with Steve Wozniak. After a power struggle with the board of directors, he left, and started Pixar and NeXT.  He later rejoined Apple as it's CEO, and brought it back to it's full glory. On October 5, 2011, he succumbed to pancreatic cancer.

Legacy

He left behind a vast legacy, consistent of one highly successful animation studio, the Macintosh line of computers, and ofcourse, the iPod, iPhone and Ipad. His contributions to the Commercial electronics sector is not soon to be forgotten.
