I was born black, and you were born white,
I was born dark, and you were born light,
You think yourself superior,
And myself superior,
And myself inferior,
Whereas what you fail to see,
Is that we don’t differ, you and me.
Both humans standing in the sun,
Out to live life with tears and fun,
The colour of the skin doesn’t matter,
It’s what inside that does.
I am full of anger and frustration,
At how man can made ignorant with a fixation.
I don’t see the point in the way you think,
You practiced apartheid without even a blink.
Maybe this lifetime isn’t enough,
To teach your heart not to be rough,
I hope generations to come, will not suffer so,
And that with compassion and equality,
Your heart will soon glow.

 One of the best accounts and explanation of past lives and reincarnation is, 'Many Lives Many Masters' by Dr. Brian Weiss. It is about a young woman, Catherine, who comes to Dr. Weiss for anxiety and chronic fear. When consented to hypnosis, a form of focused concentration, to remember her childhood, Catherine began to remember events that she consciously had been unable to recall. She remembered being pushed from a diving board and choking, being an Egyptian boy buried alive and within every regression she improved.
